Barry and Tracy Meade have been actively involved in land development and new home construction in Fluvanna, Albemarle and Greene counties since 1987 as co-owners of Barry Meade Homes, LLC.

Both natives of central Virginia, they reside in Fluvanna County and have two sons.

While Barry concentrates on the land development process and oversees construction of our homes onsite from start to finish, Tracy manages business operations at the Barry Meade Homes office in Charlottesville. Tracy is a licensed REALTOR with the Real Estate III Downtown office in Charlottesville, and is also the Vice President of the Charlottesville chapter of the National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC). Barry Meade Homes is a member of the Charlottesville-Albemarle Chamber of Commerce and the National, State and Blue Ridge Home Builders Associations.
